What to expect from your first class

  • What should I wear?

    Wearing something appropriate for exercise; A T-Shirt with short sleeves and Tracksuit bottoms or similar is fine, for girls leggings are also acceptable.

    Please no football kits.

  • Bring a Drink

    We do take water breaks especially when it’s warm. You should always have a drink while exercising.

  • What if I’m going to be late?

    Of course try not to be; but if you are, contact us as soon as you can. When you do arrive make your way in and one of our team will introduce you to the class.

  • I'm here, where do I go?!

    If there are others around just follow them in, if you can’t see anyone, call us and we’ll come and guide you.

  • Can I re-schedule

    As soon as you know you’ll need to re-schedule you free trial, please contact us and we will try and get you booked in as soon as we can.
