What should I bring to my first class?
Check out our full post on what to expect from your first class and how to prepare. In short; wear something comfortable and appropriate for physical exercise, bring a drink, set off in good time.

Can anyone join?
Yes! *
We have a diverse club, that we feel is friendly and welcoming to all. Come down and meet us at any class.
*Certain medical conditions may prevent individuals from training with us for the safety of both the individual and the club.
Do you do gradings / belts?
Yes, we run 2 gradings a year, usually in May and November.
